1. SD-Models.com's primary purpose is to provide the
modeling community with an inexpensive solution for quality web pages and
email services. The site does include a directory listing of
models, photographers and make-up artists, but is not intended to replace database-driven
portfolio sites.
2. SD-Models.com is not an ad supported site. All aspects of
this site are performed manually (no automatic site generation or
listing). This allows us control of content and creativity. SD-Models.com
charges low fees for the services performed while access to the
site and it's features remain free to all to use. While we reserve the
right to include banner ads on the core site in the future, model pages
will always remain free of ads in any form.
3. SD-Models.com provides an e-mail service for professional
use by members of the modeling community. E-mail services include an
email address with unlimited aliases which can be accessed via any web
browser, and 3mb of storage space. You are responsible for the
maintenance and removal of old messages. Use of e-mail services in
connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk
email, spamming, any duplicative or unsolicited messages, adult or
sexually explicit material, threatening or harassing, or any other
illegal use shall not be permitted. Any such use can and will result in
account de-activation. If e-mail account is in-active for 30 days,
account will can be deactivated with out notice.
4. While efforts are taken to protect the copyrights
and to prevent the theft of your images and images used on the site, we
can not be 100% protected from everyone. SD-Models.com shall not be held
liable for images downloaded illegally from this site. Images received
from you are for the sole purpose of creating your web pages or
other promotional use authorized by you. SD-Models.com will in no way
use or authorize to use images supplied by others in a manner not
explicitly authorized.
5. SD-Models.com has no obligation to review any
websites that are linked to this site or links from postings or personal
pages on this site, but reserves the right to review them at our
discretion. When clicking on links from anywhere within this site, all
site users acknowledge that SD-Models.com is not responsible for the
accuracy or the content of those links. Posting of URL's that lead to
adult-themed sites is not allowed on bulletin boards or personal pages.
Any such links found are subject to immediate removal.
6. Portfolio pages include text and banner links to your
website. This must be a personal website, SD-Models will not link to:

A portfolio page on another portfolio site.

Sites that are paid member sites. Must be modeling
orientated with your modeling information.

Sites that feature adult themes and sexual acts.

Sites that have excessive pop-ups.
7. SD-Models.com does not allow sexually explicit images
anywhere within this site. Sexually explicit images include but are not
limited to images of sexual intercourse (actual or implied), obvious
states of sexual arousal, overtly sexual positions, or implied sexual
acts. Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in the immediate
removal of the images and steps to block the user from further use of
the site. SD-Models.com reserves the final determination as to which images
are acceptable for listing or posting.
8. SD-Models does allow the posting of artistic nudity
of the female body. If you are submitting photos for your personal pages
or posting your own to the message board, you are stating that you are
over the age of 18 and the photos are of yourself at a time when you
were over the age of 18 as well.
9. You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose
personal information on a bulletin board or to be used on your pages or
listing, that information can be collected and used by others and may
result in unsolicited messages from other parties, and therefore shall
be your sole responsibility and liability. 10. Level I-IV
includes registration of a domain name for you. If you decide to cancel
services within six months there will be a charge of $20.00 to release
the domain name to you. After six months the domain is yours and codes
will be given to change your DNS or we will do it for you. After
canceling services you are responsible for renewal of your domain name
at current rates. 11. SD-Models reserves the right to
remove any portfolio or website without prior notice. Recurring payments
would be canceled but no refunds would be given. Some reasons, but not
limited to, for removal would be:
Invalid email address, website or contact
information. Sufficient complaints of being non-responsive,
harassment, or any non-professional behavior Improper use or postings on the message board Free portfolios that do not have a reciprocal link
to us
12. SD-Models will from time to time check on the
validity of contact information being posted or displayed on portfolios.
If no response is received and we are un-able to verify, portfolio will
be removed as stated above. 13. All recurring charges occur on the
1st of the month. You may cancel services at any time with 30 days
advanced notice. 14. This
agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to services
provided and this site shall be governed by and enforced in accordance
with the laws of the state of California. By your usage of, or posting
to, this site constitutes your agreement to, but not limited to, the
